Alterations of human skin microbiome and expansion of antimicrobial resistance after systemic antibiotics
Science Translational Medicine, 2021
I am a Ph.D. student at Duke University in the Molecular Genetics and Microbiology program and a Duke BioCoRE Scholar. Previously, I was a Postbaccalaureate Intramural Research Training Award (Postbaccalaureate IRTA) Fellow at the National Institutes of Health - National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases investigating skin microbiome. I am highly interested in studying the microbiome and applying computational approaches to further understand host-microbe interactions.
